MSD - the leading pharmaceutical company, had developed a variety of software tools for GP surgeries, that acted as promotional loss leaders to support drug sales.

Impending changes to NHS funding procedures drove an increase in demand for the software and FK3 was briefed to develop a website that could maintain and support customers.

FK3 felt that the business opportunity was bigger and recommended that the client think in terms of not just building a website but actually launching a new company, with an integrated suite of software products.
